Returns & Refund Policy
At Ronarove, we want every piece to feel considered, elevated, and right for you. Please review our returns policy before placing your order.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, change of preference, or if you decide an item is no longer suitable.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, we offer:
Exchange within 30 days of purchase
You may request an exchange for another size, colour, or available item within 30 days of purchase.
Store credit within 15 days of purchase
You may request store credit within 15 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, excluding original shipping fees.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached
- Free from marks, stains, makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or damage
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Ronarove reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Swimwear, unless the hygiene seal is intact and the item is unworn
- Bodysuits, unless unworn and returned in original condition
- Earrings or jewellery
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
This does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and fault, damage, or incorrect product
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
If the issue is major, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair, replace, or provide another suitable remedy within a reasonable time.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs may be reimbursed where required.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ronarove is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved, exchanges or store credits will usually be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases.
Where a refund is required, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
